If I didn’t feel quite right with the decision, whether it be fabric type or style, she listened to me, provided her experienced opinion and gently guided me to the best decision. But before my order was placed, she stopped by with a new fabric that she had just received. Because she worked so closely with me, she understood my tastes. I had concerns about the use of trim on our window treatments. I did not think it would add much and opted not to include it. Nancy again listened patiently, but before she placed the order, she talked to other experts in her field. They also thought it would be a disservice to the look of the room if the trim was not included. Guess what, she was right. This accessory was the crowning touch to my living room / dining room treatments and well worth the cost.
